General Terms |
ScheduleThe course starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at about 5:30 p.m. AccommodationsUpon registration, a list of hotels along with an access map will be sent to the participant. Please make your own hotel reservations mentioning your participation at the seminar. RegistrationPlease fill in the form as appropriate and return it (by mail or fax) no later than two weeks prior the course. Due to limitations in the number of participants, early registration is advised. Priority will be given on the basis of the date of receipt. WithdrawalFor a full refund, a written notice of withdrawal must be received two weeks prior to the beginning of the course. If a written notice of withdrawal is received one week prior to the event, half of the course fee will be refunded. The entire course fee will be charged for later withdrawals. However, substitutions may be made at any time. Course feeThe course fee is per person. It includes attendance, class notes, lunch and day-time refreshments. Hotel accommodations are not included. There is no special fee for academic institutions or students. Special coursesOn-site courses can be organized outside the regular schedule of courses and take place at the client's site. The availability of a conference room, projectors, computers and other materials are the client's responsibility. Upon request, Fluent Belgium can organize personalized courses in Belgium or on-site.
